Lindsey Haddock

Owner
Sports Therapist and Exercise Physiologist

Overview

Lindsey is a dedicated Sports Therapist with a First-Class Honours degree from London Metropolitan University and is currently completing a Master’s in Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation at the University of Galway. She brings a compassionate, client-centred approach to every session, aiming to help individuals move better, feel better, and live well.

 

Professional

With a strong background in both clinical and sports team environments, Lindsey has developed a broad skill set in managing musculoskeletal health and supporting clients through all stages of injury recovery.

Her areas of expertise include injury prevention and rehabilitation, women’s musculoskeletal health, active aging, and manual therapy.

 

Lindsey offers three core services:

 

Sports & Exercise Rehabilitation – Blending manual therapy with tailored exercise programmes to restore function and support clients in returning to daily activities, hobbies, and sports; and maintaining overall health and wellbeing

 

Exercise Physiology - Adopting exercise and physical activity to help people prevent, manage, and improve their health and physical function, particularly for those with chronic conditions or injuries. Services include assessment, tailored exercise programmes, alongside education and support to promote lifestyle modification.

 

Massage – Using targeted hands-on techniques to reduce muscular tension, ease pain, and enhance overall wellbeing.

 

Her approach is evidence-based and focused on long-term outcomes, ensuring that each client receives care that is both effective and empowering.

 

Personal

Passionate about improving quality of life through movement, Lindsey finds great fulfilment in helping people regain confidence in their bodies and return to the things they enjoy.

 

Whether working with athletes, older adults, or those managing chronic pain, her goal is always the same: to support every client in living an active, fulfilling life.

Outside of her clinical work, Lindsey is also a Sports Therapy lecturer and Sports Therapist at Ballymacash Rangers Football Team.

Jacob Ogle

Sports Therapist 

Overview

Jacob is a passionate Sports Therapist with a First Class Honours BSc (Hons) degree and a hands-on approach shaped by experience in both clinical and sports team environments. He is committed to helping individuals move freely, recover confidently, and live pain-free.

Bringing energy and empathy to every session, Jacob’s focus is always on what matters most: helping people feel and function better through evidence-based care.

 

Experience

Jacob has developed his expertise through work in private practice, pitch-side support, and professional football environments, including time spent with Cheltenham Town FC. He works with a wide range of clients, from athletes to those recovering from day-to-day injuries or managing persistent pain.

His areas of focus include injury assessment and rehabilitation, soft tissue therapy, return-to-play planning, and tailored strength and conditioning programmes.

 

Jacob offers three core services:

 

• Injury Assessment – Clear, professional evaluation of musculoskeletal concerns to guide effective treatment and rehabilitation.

 

• Massage Therapy – Targeted hands-on techniques to ease muscular tension, reduce pain, and support overall recovery.

 

• Sports & Exercise Rehabilitation – A combination of manual therapy and personalised exercise prescription to restore function and promote long-term health.

Every session is based on the latest clinical evidence and adapted to meet each individual’s goals and lifestyle

 

Personal

 

Jacob is driven by the belief that movement is medicine. He takes great satisfaction in helping clients regain control of their health, improve performance, and return to the activities they love.

 

When he’s not treating clients, you’ll find Jacob on the rugby pitch or tennis court,

always exploring new ways to stay active, challenge himself, and stay connected to the mindset of the athletes he works with.

Zoe Martin

Sports Rehabilitator and Massage Therapist

Zoe is an enthusiastic Sports Rehabilitator and massage therapist with a Bachelor’s Honours degree in Sports Rehabilitation. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Sports Nutrition at University of Ulster.

 

Zoe brings a deep understanding of the human body and athletic performance to her role as a sports rehabilitator and massage therapist. 

 

Having gained experience at football and rugby clubs, she combine hands-on experience with academic expertise to support recovery, injury prevention, and peak performance for every client. 

 

Her goal is to help athletes and active individuals move better, feel better, and perform at their best.
